Sanjay dutt was one of the fittest young men in film industry in the early 90s ,he even made working-out and having an exercise regimen. He is very popular for his body muscles and styles look amoung the Youth.
15 years later,the actor seems to be going back to those roots as he has decided to perform his own stunts in his upcoming movie 'Policegiri'.

Sanju baba has even asked producer TP Aggarwal not hire a body double for him.He feels that body doubles are used to cover up what an actor can’t do. Producers are very happy with the sanju baba special work interest in the movie.

Sanjay's words in the interview are: "But I wanted to take a leap and perform the stunts myself to actually feel the state of mind and the adrenaline rush that stuntmen feel. These stunts are physically and mentally challenging and I am ready to take the plunge. Of course, you also need to be mentally prepared for any mishap that may occur,"
The makers of the movie were also skeptical about Sanju doing the action sequences, as they require high ground-to-air jumping and gravity-defying moves. “Aggarwal further said: "They are scripted to take place at an open ground and not a set. But not even once did Sanjay show distress and willingly agreed to shoot,” .
Sanjay dutt will be seen playing the role of a tough cop with a funny side in Policegiri. The film also stars Prachi Desai, who plays the role of a typical girl next door. The film is currently being shot in Hyderabad, and will release on 14 june this year.

First look of sanjay dutt in upcoming movie Shera

Sanjay Dutt looks in upcoming movie Shera playing the 1970's Gujarat based Robin Hood don, late Sarman Munja Jadeja.
His look in the Soham Shah's directed film currently under production will be a contrast to the menacing makeover of Kaancha Cheena in Agneepath.

Shera also features Vivek Oberoi, Pakistani actoress Humaima Mallick and Paresh Rawal.
The film is being made on a mammoth budget by Shree Ashtavinayak Production.
Sarman Munja Jadeja(a leader of Maher community in Gujarat) was an ordinary mill worker at Maharana Mill in Porbandar area. He became a gangster and don after he killed the local gangster Devu Vagher, who was hired by the mill owner to break a workers' strike.
Filming is already undershooting in Jaipur in a start-to-finish 50 days schedule. The songs in the movie will be shot in Mumbai.
A huge set has been set up for canning spectacular action sequences marking Dutt's entry in the film.
A massive coal mine with tunnels, chimneys and trains tracks have been erected to match the ambiance and power of 1970's Gujarat and Director Soham Shah says he could see nobody else but Sanjay Dutt in this role.
"The character has a lot of power, and I wish to portray Sanjay Dutt in lines of his esteemed father Mr. Sunil Dutt saab, in a very earthy and 'Mitti Se Juda Hua character'. I wouldn't have made this film if Dutt saab wouldn't do it, as only someone like him can carry this kind of character!" says Soham.
The film is scheduled in summer release 2013 .

Sanjay dutt 1st look in saamy remake

Bollywood Famous Actor Sanjay Dutt seems to have got influenced with his friends in the industry Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn. No wonder, he had followed their footsteps and will be soon seen in a South Indian remake ‘Saamy’.
The actor is so impressed with the super success of cop image of Salman and Ajay in these remakes that he too has chosen a role in the film on the similar lines. Yes, Sanjay has donned the role of a Super cop with a moustache. 

Sanjay dutt has so far played cop in many films but this film is special and different also because of South Indian remake tag with it which comes with a pressure courtesy as mentioned earlier, the super success of Dabangg and Singham as they too were cop films. 

So, it will be interesting to watch whether Sanjay Dutt will be able to create the same magic and break the records these films has already set as milestones of Indian cinema.

The superstar is donning yet another avatar in the forthcoming ZANJEER directed by Apoorva Lakhia starring south megastar Ram Charan and Bollywood princess Priyanka Chopra.

Sanju Baba's unique look has been designed by director Apoorva Lakhia himself. Apoorva knew exactly what kind of look he wanted for Sanjay Dutt as Sher Khan. He roped in well-known designer Navin Shetty for the costume and popular hair stylist Aalim's team for the hair. While earlier this year he was seen portraying a bald look in AGNEEPATH as well as a sardaar in SON OF SARDAAR, for ZANJEER he will be seen donning short hair, kohl eyes and a styled beard.

The team understood exactly what the director needed and the result is for all to see. This little glimpse of the film takes our excitement around it several notches higher!
